Star Dargin, CPCC

Star Dargin Star has partnered as a coach, facilitator and consultant with many leaders, executives, managers, and business owners in all phases of personal and professional growth. In her consulting practice, she has found creative ways to blend her coaching, teaching, and management skills to great success. When giving feedback, clients frequently express appreciation for her direct style that gets to the heart of the matter quickly.

Star is a CPCC, a certified co-active coach, a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, and holds a BS degree in Software Engineering. She is a past board member of the International Coach Federation of New England and a past part-time professor at Boston University.

Jane Kalagher

Jane Kalagher Jane Kalagher received coach training from The Coaches Training Institute, San Raphael, CA and is also a certified teleclass leader. For over a decade, Jane has studied patterns in nature and psyche and helps individuals become more aware of patterns that might be holding them back in their business or career. She received certification as an archetypal pattern analyst from the Assisi Training Institute.

Jane Kalagher, BSN, MA brings a background in nursing and counseling psychology to her coaching practice of ten years. She has worked with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies. She has authored a series of leadership articles published in Patient Care Management, a nurse leader magazine, and has been a keynote speaker for Nursing Spectrum's Career Fitness Expo.

Jane is an active member of BNI (Business Network International). She is also a member of ICF (International Coach Federation), ICF-NE, and ENGN. She is a graduate of the Assisi Training Institute and is currently serving on the institute's admissions committee.

Jane Nebelung

Jane NebelungJane Nebelung brings over 25 years of experience partnering with executives and managers to improve their business results and implement change successfully. Her experience includes working with companies such as Liz Claiborne, CIGNA, Aetna, Texas Instruments, the Bureau of Business Practices, LIMRA International, and also with non-profit boards.

Jane works with executives in Organization Development / Effectiveness and Change Implementation helping companies develop top-line growth, bottom-line impact, vision, innovation, leadership, collaboration, and mentoring. She has held top positions in Strategic Learning and Change, Learning and Performance, Organization Capability, and key positions in marketing management. Jane is a graduate of Emmanuel College, has an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Hartford, and is certified in executive coaching by the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, California.

Jane is a guest instructor in the executive business programs at Central Connecticut State University and the University of New Haven, and an adjunct faculty member at Quinnipiac University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the World Future Society, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS).
